Terms of Use

1) The App

Praisera helps you manage indoor plant care by enabling you to build a personal plant library, monitor care routines, receive reminders, capture or upload photos to create a growth timeline, organize plant profiles, and create and share plant cards and tips.

2) Eligibility and Account

• Age: you must be at least 17 years old to use the App.
• Account: you may need to provide name/username and email address; you agree the information is accurate.
• Security: you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and account activity.

3) User Content

You may submit photos, plant profiles, schedules, notes, reminders, text, and messages ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

• License to operate the App: you grant Praisera a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and process your User Content only as necessary to provide and maintain the App and features you request.
• Sharing: if you choose to share content, you are responsible for what you post and the audience you select.
• Rules: do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, or malicious content.

4) Optional Cloud Processing / AI-Assisted Features

Some features may process text or images on Praisera-controlled servers to provide outputs you request (for example, generating plant cards). If you choose to use such features, you authorize Praisera to process the submitted content for that purpose.

5) Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information.

6) Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments (If Offered)

• Charges, renewals, and cancellations follow the terms shown at purchase and your App Store settings.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

7) Acceptable Use and Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law.
• Do not bypass security features, access controls, or limits.
• Do not interfere with the App or its servers.
• Do not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

8) Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Praisera or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9) Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting). Such services may have their own terms.

10) Disclaimers

• Informational: reminders and organizational tools only; not professional advice.
• As-is: the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praisera is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Praisera for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or, if none, 100 USD), unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12) Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the App, users, or our rights.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

14) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)

• Governing law: laws of Praisera Team’s principal place of business (conflict of laws excluded).
• Arbitration: disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; class proceedings are not permitted where allowed by law.
• Injunctive relief: either party may seek injunctive/equitable relief for IP-related issues.
