Praisera transforms your indoor gardening experience by keeping your plants healthy and your mind stress-free. Build a personalized library of your plants, monitor their care routine, and share beautiful plant cards with your community—all in one app.

2) Information We Collect
We collect information (a) you provide, (b) automatically, and (c) with your permission.
- Account & support (provided by you): name/username, email address, and content you send to customer support.
- Content (provided by you): photos/images you capture or upload; plant profile data (e.g., species, schedules, notes); plant cards and any text you choose to share.
- Automatically collected: device info, usage statistics, performance diagnostics, crash logs and error reports.
- Location (permission-based): precise or approximate location when you enable location access.
- Cookies / similar technologies: used for login/session and preferences in web-based components (may include web beacons).
3) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the App (plant library, reminders, timelines, sharing)
- Personalize your experience (tailored care reminders)
- Improve reliability (analytics, debugging, crash diagnostics)

4) Photo and Face-Related Information
Praisera does not perform facial recognition and does not attempt to derive biometric identifiers from your photos.
- Default local storage: photos you capture in the App are stored on your device by default. If you choose to upload, sync, or share content, it will be transmitted to our servers to provide the requested feature.
- User control: you decide whether to upload content.
- Limited purpose: content is used only to provide the requested feature.
- Retention minimization: one-time processing inputs are deleted immediately after processing is complete unless you choose to save results in the App.
- No training/marketing: we do not use your photos or uploaded content to train advertising profiles, and we do not use it for marketing purposes.
5) Optional Cloud Processing / AI-Assisted Features (If You Choose to Use Them)
Some features may process text or images on Praisera-controlled servers (for example, generating plant cards or other user-requested outputs). If you choose to use such features:
- Processing location: your submitted text/images are processed on Praisera-controlled servers.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share the submitted text/images with any third party for that processing.
- Deletion: we delete the submitted text/images immediately after processing is complete unless you choose to store the result in your account.
- User choice: you can choose not to use these features at any time.
7) International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
8) Data Security

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.
9) Data Retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active.
- After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless required by law or for security/fraud prevention.
- Usage analytics: retained up to 12 months.
- Customer support records: retained up to 6 months.
10) Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/object, and withdraw consent (where applicable).

11) Children
The App is intended for users age 17+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
